DREAMWORK 2026 INTENSIVE STUDY PROGRAM
Capsule One: The Fundamentals

Feb – July ’26 | Online | Led by Kim Gillingham

This newly developed 6-month course, led by Kim Gillingham, offers an in-depth exploration of the fundamentals of our practice and the practical application of Creative Dreamwork.

Through study, hands-on practice, and sustained work with a single dream, participants develop tools to recognize dream structure, work with amplification and active imagination, and explore related practices. Emphasis is placed on integrating the practice into your own creative work.

The course includes six monthly virtual sessions with Kim, five peer-led study groups, assigned reading, and monthly writing prompts and study guides.  Designed for participants with prior dreamwork experience; admission is by application only.

about our offerings

the still point

Slow down, listen, awaken creative depth

An online group practice focused on deepening the connection with the body, imagination, and Inner Self. This recurring class allows us to engage with our creative community and supports an ongoing in-home practice. Each session begins with a warm-up working with breath, sound, and movement, followed by guided inner work. Everyone is encouraged to explore at their own pace and in privacy. An audio recording of the practice is sent afterwards to support your continued exploration.

workshops

Return to the body, give voice to the unseen

Come together as a creative community to explore the weaving of inner work and creative work. Through breath, body, and voice work, we settle the nervous system and open space for the rising material from our dreams to emerge. Working privately within the group container, we drop in and express material from the unconscious.  With guided mat work, partnered explorations, and group work, we return to the body and give creative voice to the unseen world within.

retreats

Retreat into nature, descend within, emerge awake

Creative Dreamwork Retreats are unique events where we step away from our daily lives, enter a strong container, and descend into creative and inner work. The retreat offers an abundance of time for dream work, mat work, partnered work, private check-ins, full-hearted creative exploration, and dream walk-throughs. The days also give us ample time to dwell in silence, rest, swim, roam, and be in nature with community.

Some of our past retreat locations include: Tuscany, the Austrian Alps, the Linklater Voice Center in the Orkney Isles of Scotland, Cortes Island in British Columbia, Malinalco, Mexico, and the mountains of the Pyrenees.

project intensives

Step into collaboration and explore material together

Project Intensives focus on collaboration, connection, and trust among key creative contributors. Bringing together directors, actors, and writers, these workshops create a space to engage deeply with the material, uncovering its resonance on both a personal and collective level. The process emphasizes discovery, allowing participants to explore; character, relationships, thematic undercurrents, and the guiding creative vision of the piece.

Exercises and attendance vary based on the unique needs of each project, ranging from immersive script exploration to movement, creative rehearsal, and dreamwork. These workshops cultivate trust, courage, and a shared creative foundation before and throughout production.
