Return to the body, give voice to the unseen

For four days, we come together as a creative company to explore the depths of our inner worlds. Through daily breath, body, and voice work, we settle the nervous system and open space for dreams to emerge. With guided mat work, partnered explorations, and group work, we return to the body—grounding, nourishing, and giving voice to the unseen world within.

This is a non-residential intensive.
