Nestled in the stillness of Ojai, we step away from the rush of daily life and slow down into five days of deep creative exploration. Here we listen and engage in practices that awaken the body, breath, and voice. Through daily guided mat work, partnered, and group explorations, we make space for the wisdom of our dreams to lead us creatively —offering insight and nourishment for our creative paths and waking lives.

This is a non-residential intensive held in the village of OJAI.
