This new offering is a six-month online Intensive Study Program, designed to provide a sustained and supportive container for deep exploration of the fundamentals of Creative Dreamwork.
Created for artists and others with some prior experience in dreamwork, the program forms a unique long-form study cohort. Through six monthly online sessions led by Kim, we will trace the lineage of the work and explore the theory and development behind the exercises and practices. An additional monthly peer-led study group enables participants to practice the dreamwork tools in a supportive environment. Throughout the program, we repeatedly return to the question of how to bring dreamwork into our artistry, with monthly creative invitations designed to help build a bridge between inner work and artistry.
Across six sessions, participants explore foundational aspects of the practice, including recognizing dream structure; returning to the body through movement, breath and voice, opening the imagination, engaging with dream figures; the necessity of paradox; identifying belief systems and complexes that shape personal and creative life; and ritual. We will build our ability to work with our own inner material by practicing tools such as active imagination, amplification, image-making, gesture, writing, and more.
The work is supported by monthly assigned readings, creative invitations, writing prompts, and study guides.

A Few Questions, Answered
Do I need prior experience with dreamwork?
Yes. This program is designed for those with some prior experience in dreamwork, somatic work, or other forms of inner work and artistry. The emphasis is on working creatively with dream material.
What is the time commitment?
In addition to the monthly 3-hour Zoom session (held on the first Friday of each month), there are peer-led study groups each month. There will also be assigned readings and monthly creative assignments. This is an intensive program and requires commitment to the full arc of the work. It is not a drop-in course. All class times are in PT.
What technology will I need?
Classes are held on Zoom, so reliable access to the platform is required. At times we may work with soundscapes, which will be shared via Spotify.
Are sessions recorded?
Teaching portions are recorded. Q&A segments, individual sharing, and peer study groups are not recorded to protect privacy and confidentiality. Participants may not record, share, or distribute content outside of the program.
What if I can’t attend a session?
Please notify Tori as soon as possible at kimgillinghamasst@gmail.com. You will be sent a recording of the teaching portion. It is your responsibility to view the recording and complete the month’s readings to stay current with your cohort.
The Importance of Confidentiality
By participating in this program, you are committing to keep all personal material, dreams, and creative work shared within sessions and study groups private. Recordings, written materials, and creative work may not be shared outside the program.
Enrollment Size
Enrollment is by application only and intentionally limited to support the integrity of the work and the container. Once the program is full, registration will close.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Payment is due within 72 hours of acceptance. If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the space will be released to another applicant.
If you are on a payment plan, your $600 payments are due on the first of the month in April and June.
Refunds may be issued if a participant withdraws by January 30th. After this date, refunds can only be issued if we are able to replace your spot from the waitlist. We are not able to offer credits for other classes in the event of cancellation.
Scholarship Support
A very limited number of partial scholarships are available for this extended program. Please click the scholarship button above and follow the prompts.
If you are interested in sponsoring an artist or donating to the Creative Dreamwork scholarship fund to support an artist who would otherwise not be able to attend, please contact Tori at Tori@creativedreamwork.com.
