A monthly online session of exploration utilizing breath, voice, somatic awareness and guided inner work.

Includes two new recordings each month for home practice: a warm up to prepare you for your creative work, and a drop in to guide you towards the still point within. The work is cumulative- come each month- practice at home- see what unfolds.
