Wake up and dream work. Come to a Saturday morning practice that will begin with a still-point drop in- grounding and unfolding the body, voice and breath. From this state, you will be guided through a mat work exploration of your dream images and then given ample time to bring your findings into creative expression with art supplies and writing. Class is led by Kim Gillingham.

Tuition for class is $160.

Financial aid and work-study positions are available.
Please ask.

We will curate a group of new and returning students for this practice. Please apply by Friday, June 14.
