A simple, Saturday way to open your body, imagination and dreams.

Saturday, June 29
11am – 2pm
East Side Los Angeles — Frogtown

Wake up and dream work. Come to a Saturday morning practice that will begin with a still-point drop in- grounding and unfolding the body, voice and breath. From this state, you will be guided through a mat work exploration of your dream images and then given ample time to bring your findings into creative expression with art supplies and writing. No partnered work in this offering. Limited to a group of 15 practitioners.

Class is led by Kim Gillingham.

Tuition for class is $160.

Financial aid and work-study positions are available.
Please ask.

We will curate a group of new and returning students for this practice. Please apply by Friday, June 14.

To request a place in class, please fill out the form below. If this is your first time to the work, please tell us a little bit about yourself and your interest.

Class size is limited due to the nature of the work. Refunds will be available if someone from the wait list is able to take your place. Our wait list is released 48 hours before class. You are responsible for your tuition after this time.
