For those who prefer working in a smaller group — The Loft Sessions offer a grounded space to experiment with different ways to make contact with the unconscious and rouse your soul.  The sessions will begin with opening the body, voice and imagination followed by a guided drop in. Each month, the Loft Sessions will hone in on a different facet of dream work such as contending with the inner critic, shadow work, artistic mentor and dream repetition. Guidance will be available as much- or as little- as you desire.

This October class we will work with diving down and asking for a dream. Use this class as a preparatory companion to Creative Practice or on it's own. Come on a Wednesday evening and explore closer to sleep time. Maybe invoke a dream that night to delve into in Creative Practice or on your mat at home. A class for beginners and seasoned practitioners. A class for all.

Limited to an intimate group of 7 practitioners.

Tuition for class is $90.
