This month we will dive into an immersive exploration of a dream. If new, this workshop can be taken as a companion with Meeting the Dream or on its own if you are already in the waters.


The Loft Sessions offer a grounded space to experiment with different ways to make contact with the unconscious and be with your psyche. The sessions begin with opening the body, voice and imagination followed by a guided drop in. The sessions end with a period to journal and create followed by gathering together for dialogue. Each month, The Loft Sessions will hone in on a different facet of dream work such as contending with the inner critic, shadow work, artistic mentor and dream repetition. Guidance will be available as much—or as little—as you desire.

Tuition for class is $50.
