In this class we will riff on a repetition exercise as a unique way of diving into dream material. This guided and partnered exercise allows for participants to amplify dream material while practicing deep listening to each other and the unconscious. We will open the class with a warm up for the body and voice and then move into the dream repeat exercise. In between each set of partners, we will pause and explore reconnecting with our bodies and breath. Everyone will have the opportunity to explore (with guidance) their own dream material and to help amplify their partner's dream material within a safe container. Bridge dream material with creative impulses.
 

Limited to an intimate group of 6 practitioners.
